okae. this post is for sunday's avril lavigne concert. quite late i know but its the first chance i've gotten to actually upload the photos ever since that stupid virus.

the concert was AWESOME. the theatre was like totally packed except those lame restricted view seats. i think nobody's that desperate to buy those la. and like, i tried to buy souvenirs (like i always do for any concert i attend -music or otherwise) and seriously, everything was sold out before the concert even began!

so was quite disappointed when i wanted to buy the pink avril lavigne shirt. i had the black and white but i think pink (like my flag) was a more fitting tribute to her BEST DAMN TOUR concert.

anyways thank you WJ for helping take like 95% of the pictures while i was screaming/jumping/singing/waving light sticks and said pink flag. ahaha. he was terribly patient coz i practically ran to the souvenir stand the moment we got to the stadium and then i made him wait after the concert while i fought to get any last minute souvenirs but they were reserved in advance. unfair!

oh yeah. there was two opening acts. the first one was really good. its like something out of 'step up' -the movie. really really good lo. we were all cheering like mad. then the second one was a band with a singer that looked like an avril lavigne wannabe. you know, black dress with high tops. EVERYONE WAS SERIOUSLY UNIMPRESSED. but it was kinda humiliating that the audience all yelled 'NO!' (moi excluded though inwardly i had to agree) when she asked if they wanted to hear more. =x
